I love cooking at home. I have so much fun with experimenting with recipes. My friends believe I should start my own cafe or restaurant or something along those lines to share my food with more people and make a little extra money for myself. I totally want to, I just need to spend some time thinking about what to put on the menu. Although I love cooking, my repertoire is limited.
Bacon and eggs, scrambled eggs, I can make a few different types of soup, pizza – that may require some authentic pizza ovens to pull off. I can cook stir fry and rice. Ooh, let’s not forget that I can bake cookies and a fine chocolate cake. What else am I good at cooking?
I sit thinking for another five minutes. Nothing comes to mind. It’s probably best that I don’t pursue this fantasy any further. It would be the most chaotic menu design ever and I couldn’t train future staff on techniques I don’t know myself.
